On Saturday 14 June 2025, the estate once again swapped its rows of vines for the stage for one memorable evening. This 3rd edition of the Deux Roches’n’Roll festival had a double purpose: to get the Mâconnais rocking… and to celebrate the estate’s 40th anniversary together.
Riffs among the vines
Nestled between the Rocks of Solutré and Vergisson, the estate turned into an open-air stage. Three top-flight tribute bands set the crowd alight: Les Potes à Renaud, Beatbox (Beatles covers) and Sunk (a tribute to Green Day). A reminder that at Deux Roches, Burgundian tradition always goes hand in hand with a good rock’n’roll spirit.
Terroir on the plate and in the glass
True to its generous, 100% local spirit, the festival brought together the region’s chefs and producers for food lovers: local restaurants, goat’s cheese from the Davayé agricultural college, fish from the Saône, chocolates and sweet treats. In the glass, a tasting of the wines of our three estates, Deux Roches, Altugnac and Rijckaert, accompanied the evening, along with a vinyl sale for music lovers.
A mural born in the heart of the vines
The highlight of this edition: a live performance by artists Guillaume and Laurie, who painted before the audience a deconstructed landscape inspired by wine culture and the two emblematic rocks of the area. Between electric riffs and brush strokes, a suspended moment, just like the event itself.
