Domaine Rijckaert

Between Burgundy and Jura

Domaine Rijckaert lives astride the Mâconnais and the Jura, two terroirs born of the same 150-million-year-old limestone layer: the Jurassic. Its wines come to life in Davayé, in our cellars, facing the Rocks of Solutré.

OVERVIEW

Born in 1998 from Belgian winemaker Jean Rijckaert’s passion for Chardonnay, the estate cultivates the singularity of its two vineyards: the minerality of southern Burgundy and the depth of the Jura. Since 2013, Florent Rouve has carried on this legacy with rigour, producing some thirty cuvées in exceptional appellations — Viré-Clessé, Pouilly-Fuissé, Meursault, Arbois and Côtes du Jura. Expressive, refined and pure white wines, bursting with fruit.
